MAMOUN Omar (Senior Architect)
Mamoun has over 14 years of experience in developing, architecting, building and implementing business and information technology solutions. His expertise has been applied across telecommunications, utilities, financial services and government industries. Prior to working in Javna, Mamoun was a senior system analyst for CCS Computer and Communication Systems. In this position, he has analyzed and design many systems in government sectors using Oracle custom development methodology and Oracle Designer/Developer tools.

Mamoun also worked as a DB Architect for ONEWORLD Software Solutions, defining and designing an integration tool kit between a PSA solution (Change point) and a backend ERP solution (Oracle Financial). Mamoun had earlier worked as a system analyst for Business Systems House in UAE, which is specialised in HR/Payroll systems. Prior to Business Systems House, Mamoun was in charge as analyst/programmer for Sharjah Municipality.
