Javna, the leading Arab firm in software solutions and wireless applications, has announced its new strategic plan for the next stage, under which the company seeks entry into Western markets, along with expansion in Middle East markets.
The plan, which comprises three components: development and expansion, R&D and human resources development, is aimed at transferring Javna's wireless solutions to EU markets and promoting the company's commercial, services and media solutions there.
Javna's CEO Mansour Mansour said, "Arab markets, particularly the Gulf, are among the largest and fastest-growing communications markets in the world, a fact that compels us to intensify our marketing efforts there and increase our regional offices. As to Western markets, I believe that the particularities of the situation there require us to enter alliances and partnerships with active intermediary companies there."
Masnour asserted that Western markets have not been excluded from Javna's previous marketing plan, but the company "preferred to focus its efforts on Arab markets before it enters these markets. However, this has not prevented us from exporting our products to the US and Chinese markets and promoting our services, such as Messaging Hosting, in a number of European markets."
It should be noted that Javna has recorded a series of successes and achievements, including the innovation of several wireless applications and the signing of contracts with major Arab and international companies and official agencies.
During the same period, Javna supplied the majority of cellular phone services providers in the region with added value wireless solutions. It also provided several clients in the business sector with commercial and services-related solutions such as Mobile Stock Exchange, Mobile Yellow Pages Directory and Mobi-Post. In addition, the Company has also provided satellite TV channels such as Al Jazeera Sports and CNBC Arabiya economy channel with Mobile TV Streaming.
