| Arab software leader unveils solutions to breathe life
into traditional post services |

Javna, the leading Arab firm in software solutions and wireless applications, has unveiled its integrated package, dubbed Mobi-Post, to breathe life into the conventional, land post services.
The breakthrough offers an innovative solution to link post boxes to cellular phones, enabling owners to monitor incoming, and outgoing, mail at any time or place.
Javna's package basically offers three main services. The first allows users to see what mail they have in their boxes down in the post office. The second service is dedicated to inform these users of any incoming mail or parcel through SMS the moment the item is in the mailbox.
Meanwhile, a third service enables subscribers to enquire and track any incoming or outgoing message to know where it has reached and how long it needs to reach its destination.
According to Javna's CEO, Mansour Mansour, Mobi-Post is aimed at developing and modernizing the infrastructure of post companies so that they can upgrade their technical capabilities on the one hand, and improve and diversify their services, on the other.
"We have been busy lately developing and modernizing conventional mail services through smart automation. The goal was to give the sector back its vitality and vividness. Thanks to Mobi-Post, we can now claim that we have made a qualitative leap in the operation of post companies, which can now assume their place among influential, and competing, international companies," said Mansour.
The importance of the newly-created Javna post solutions stems from its role as a link between post companies and their customers. In addition to the three basic services, Mobi-Post enables these companies to send notices and circulations to users, informing them, for example, that their annual subscription payment is due, among other tips. This feature adds to the luxury the package provides subscribers with and saves their time and effort.
On the financial returns and moral boost Mobi-Post solutions offers to the client companies, Javna's Business Development Manager for the MENA region Mahmoud Iswiad said, "These solution will secure additional financial resources for the companies that would be as important as their existing sources of revenues, especially since we have succeeded, for the first time in the Middle East, in employing the most practical techniques to run ad strips on mobile gate."
"This ad strip," he added, "would be no disturbance at all for users due to its small size and the fact that it conveniently appears on the top or bottom of the gate. More, users can control this strip as they can play or stop it."

When users click on the strip, the ad will open either in the form of a video clip pr a still photo coupled with sound clips or flash effects.
To protect the privacy of users, Javna's post solutions support anti-piracy firewalls. It has also fortified with log-in process with a username and password that can be changes at the convenience of subscribers.
In order to enable all post subscribers to benefit from the new technologies, Javna worked to adapt its solutions to all cellular phones, including Symbian-operated devices.
