With a view to encourage small and medium enterprises to use wireless software solutions
as a direct channel of communication with their clients and customers, Javna launched its
first annual promotional campaign to promote the Epicenter messaging platform, specialized
in running and launching SMS packages.
Javna, the leading Arab company for mobile software solutions and wireless applications,
stated that the campaign seeks to familiarize small and medium-sized facilities with the
significance of modern wireless communication solutions and the innovative means to deploy
them internally and externally.
Commenting on the campaign, Javna's CEO Mansour Mansour said: "The launch of the campaign
coincides with the growth witnessed in Arab institutions, the willingness of corporate managers
to advance their client services and enable their clients to instantly and dynamically inquire
about any information or transaction through their cellular handsets."
He added: "It is evident that Arab companies and institutions operating in the region have
recently started showing larger interest in SMS technologies, which were proved to be effective,
practical, cost-efficient, and faster than traditional methods with time and effort”.
Mansour assured that the Epicenter products provide companies with the required infrastructure to
communicate with their employees regardless of the time and location.
Through the smart system, companies can determine the segments or departments to which they want
to send SMS.
For instance, the system can be used to notify employees when their salaries are deposited in
their bank and the total amount deposited in the account of each employee. By utilizing the system,
employees can also inquire about their annual leaves instantly.
For his part, Javna's Business Development Director, Sammy Tuffaha, stated that the platform
includes three main applications; namely, the Epicenter Event-Based Messaging, which is used to
dynamically send and schedule SMS notifications when predefined event occurs in the corporate system.
The platform is designed to seamlessly integrate with most databases and backend systems.
He added that the Epicenter Bulk Messaging application enables employees to schedule the sending
of messages to private client lists as well as send SMS messages from the convenience of their
MS Outlook interface.
The third application, 2Way SMS, allows clients of any institution to automatically inquire about
any data, service, or transactions through the SMS platform.
